The challenge

When someone faces a health crisis, help gets organized through scattered group chats and social posts. Requests get lost, and asking feels uncomfortable.

What we built

GoVillage lets people build a private village and post structured requests for meals, transport, pet care and household help. Helpers sign up for what they can do, and nobody has to manage it all by hand.

Outcomes

  • Asking for help made easier with private, structured spaces
  • Fewer gaps in support through organized scheduling
  • Stronger community ties with simple ways to help
  • Less burden on caregivers and no duplicate efforts
