Shareholder records are hard to verify, expensive to maintain and open to disputes.
What we built
FG Nexus lets a company issue soulbound tokens to verified shareholders. Each token is a non-transferable record of a stake, and shareholders can mint more to increase their holding. Sign-in works by email, with no wallet app needed.
