The challenge
The challenge
Leadership wanted answers on demand, from documents and from live operational data, without waiting for an analyst and without company data ever leaving the utility.
What we built
What we built
We built a private assistant with two sides. An AI agent analyzes the utility's tabular operational data to answer executives' questions in plain language, with charts and figures and a bulk mode for recurring reviews. A chat assistant answers from company knowledge. We built the frontend and services, served the models on the utility's own cluster with vLLM, tuned performance with the dashboard team and embedded it in the CEO dashboard.
