The challenge
Medical equipment orders arrived as loose messages, emails and calls. Staff had to read each one and rebuild it as an order by hand, and a single misread request could disrupt care at a hospital or clinic.
What we built
We built an AI layer that reads unstructured customer requests and turns them into structured purchase orders, then routes them to the right supplier. Language models handle the interpretation; the ordering platform around them handles checks, approvals and fulfilment.
